Game Producer
Job Description:
As a Game Producer you will take part in building a wide variety of games on multiple TV platforms played by millions of players around the world.
What you'll do:
● Lead a team of developers and designers to create the best possible games on
connected TVs
● You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the game, all the way from a
documented design and wireframes through production and post-launch optimization
● Research the mobile games market for different genres and create CTV versions of
them
● Analyze user behavior and optimize the games for Connected TV
● Day-to-day communication with the Production Team and Leadership Team
What you'll need:
● 2-5 years of experience as a Game Producer /designer with a track record of successful shipped products
● The desire to work on a new and emerging platform (Connected TV)
● Experience with working with remote teams
● Good spoken and written technical English
● Good understanding of user behavior
● Multitask person who handles various priorities at the same time
● Great organizational skills

Director of Programmatic Ads
As the Director of Programmatic, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our
programmatic team with a focus on AdOps, onboarding new demand, optimization and tracking performance.
Reporting to the COO, you’ll also be client-facing while delivering best-in-class programmatic results on Play.Works premium CTV inventory.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for smarter CTV / OTT video activation and is seeking a role with direct impact on the company's revenue. We are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy individual who loves advertising and thrives in a fast-paced environment dedicated to achieving company goals. The person in this role will need to have a deep understanding of programmatic video advertising on CTV (both demand-side and supply-side), ad operations and a very analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
● Oversee the planning, set-up, scheduling, and optimization of programmatic video campaigns across the many CTV apps on the Play.Works network;
● Serve as our internal expert in troubleshooting data & technical platform issues with demand side platforms (DSPs), supply side platforms (SSPs), and ad servers.
● Responsible for every new partner onboarding, set up, scale and optimization.
● Collaborate with clients- and agency-facing account teams / programmatic buying teams;
● Manage issues related to campaign troubleshooting, campaign delivery, data targeting,
and/or internal or external reporting.
Qualifications
● 5 years of recent programmatic ad ops experience (with an emphasis video CTV expertise),
with a strong track record of success.
● Experience working with and across major DSPs (e.g., (DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP, etc.),
SSPs (e.g., Magnite, Freewheel), and Ad Servers (e.g., Springserve, Beachfront);
● Must demonstrate professional maturity with strong interpersonal skills in interacting with
internal/external senior leaders.
● Experience working in an extremely fast-paced environment with high degree of autonomy.
● Quick learner and detail oriented; possessing critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Comfort with reporting and using data sets for deeper analysis;
● Expert problem solving and troubleshooting abilities;
● Professional communication skills, both internally and externally;
● Proficient with Google Suite (Slides, Sheets)
